What's Included?
Custom Workout Plan: Tailored to you, your goals, and your lifestyle. Both Gym and At Home options available.
Custom Macros & Meal Plans: Macros set to hit your targets, meal plans to help you stay on track, pre loaded recipes, e-books I've created to help you learn and understand the fundamentals of nutrition and macros.
In App Meal Tracking: If you’re familiar with my fitness pal, It will replace that for you. Imagine having an app for both your workouts and your nutrition all in one. You can scan barcodes, search a library of thousands of recipies, create your own, search a mass database of foods.
App Access: Your workout plan and meal plan will be accessible in my app! Track your lifts, track your meals, train on your own time and know what's ahead for the week.
Accountability: 1:1 Messaging in the app. Send me form videos of your lifts, check in with me if you're having a rough day, ask me questions! I'm here to support you and make changes to your plan if needed.
Weekly Check ins: once a week you will fill out a weekly check in and upload progress photos. We will asses each week where you're excelling and what needs work. I'm here to push you and help you get through the hard days.
Knowledge: access to my e-books on how to create sustainable changes in your life. This sounds cheesy, but I've learned a lot over the years and I'm here to share that knowledge with you so you can succeed.
